DOWNLOADING AND PRINTING BEAR 100 MAPS/PROFILES

TO PRINT EACH MAP/PROFILE ON ONE 8 1/2 X 11 SHEET PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS

 

  1. Load the desired map/profile into your browser
  2. If using windows, right click anywhere on the map (or profile if you are printing an elevations profile)
  3. Click SAVE IMAGE AS button
  4. Choose a location where you would like the map/profile saved and click SAVE button
  5. The map/profile will be saved as a .jpg picture file
  6. Load the map/profile into a program such as Adobe or Corel Photo Paint, or any decent paint shop utility
  7. Use your particular program's FIT TO PAGE function - (probably under Print Preview or Page Setup)
  8. Print the map/profile
These directions are for a Windows platform. I am not familiar with Apple/McIntosh but the procedure should be similar.
